The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to be responsible for the management and oversight of clinical, operational, and financial processes across multiple agency locations. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating and implementing a regional operational business plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals, with a focus on enhancing profitability, productivity, and efficiency. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving continuous improvement, particularly in cost management, and leading initiatives that promote efficiency and cost leadership. The VP of Operations will also be responsible for setting and monitoring goals, empowering emerging leaders, and ensuring that the organization's leadership development initiatives are in line with strategic objectives. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, with a Master's degree in healthcare management preferred. Alternatively, a candidate with a current license in a relevant healthcare field and a minimum of 10 years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice, home health care, or related health programs will be considered. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of regulations and reimbursement in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospice and home health care. The VP of Operations will also be expected to have experience managing a large organization and to be adept at leveraging technology to create solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader, capable of fostering a culture of trust, respect, and quality care, and will be responsible for ensuring that the company's standards of clinical excellence and quality metrics are met.
