Regional Vice President

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee property operations, profitability, service quality, marketing, and resident relations while protecting owners’ investments. Responsibilities include reviewing property performance and budgets, conducting site visits, managing a portfolio, and advising on improvements. The role also involves hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating regional and on-site teams; resolving employee concerns; and supporting client communications and business development. The Regional Vice President will coordinate training and meetings, maintain accurate reporting, and handle special projects. Candidates should bring strong leadership, management, communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and financial skills, along with sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Intermediate proficiency with common office and spreadsheet software is required, as is knowledge of business practices and the ability to work effectively with teams and clients. A college degree is preferred. Relevant experience may include budget preparation, property lease-ups, business development, due diligence, and property transitions.
