Vice President of Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Accounting to provide strategic leadership in overseeing the organization's financial and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding reporting, planning, analytics, and compliance efforts, and will play a key role in supporting business performance and long-term decision-making. This executive will lead the full scope of finance, accounting, treasury, and enterprise risk activities, ensuring sound financial management across the business. Key responsibilities include project-based accounting, financial forecasting, and organizational reporting, as well as producing monthly financial statements and board-ready reporting materials. The role also involves building and managing the annual budgeting process, developing reporting tools, and maintaining compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance and Accounting position at the company should have at least 5 years' of experience in finance and accounting leadership roles, with a strong background in project-based accounting. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in translating financial and operational data into meaningful analysis and management reporting, particularly in a fast-paced, expanding business environment. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with CPA and/or MBA credentials being valued.
