The Head of School will be responsible for articulating a compelling vision for the full educational experience, strengthening enrollment and retention, and advancing the school's long-term financial and institutional sustainability. The ideal candidate will be strategic, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking, with experience in enrollment, advancement, and institutional stewardship. They must also be committed to equity, inclusion, belonging, and community partnership, and be able to balance continuity with thoughtful innovation. The Head of School will work in partnership with the Board, faculty, staff, and families to preserve the warmth, trust, and authentic Montessori culture of the school while helping it to become more connected, sustainable, and visible.
