This role involves applying finance and functional consulting expertise to various areas, including finance strategy, operating model, performance management, process transformation, and digital enablement. Key responsibilities for the CFO include assessing and designing future-state finance processes, gathering and translating business requirements, and supporting technology-enabled finance transformation. The role also requires the ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and support the implementation, change adoption, and continuous improvement of finance transformation initiatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years' experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory, or related areas. Strong knowledge of finance processes and operating models, as well as experience in financial analysis, modeling, and performance management, is essential.
