Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Field Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical development of its business in Thailand. Responsibilities include guiding the technical sales cycle through demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution architecture, as well as owning enterprise AI deployments from design through delivery. The role will build and lead a local engineering team and oversee forward-deployed engineers and deployment strategists. The successful candidate will remain hands-on while setting technical direction and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple industries. Candidates should have at least 10 years of engineering experience, including senior technical leadership, and a track record of shipping and deploying production systems, ideally involving AI or machine learning. A builder’s background, such as startup experience or senior engineering leadership, is valued. Experience with technical pre-sales, demonstrations, or proofs of concept is required, along with the ability to engage confidently with senior enterprise stakeholders. Fluency in Thai and English is required.
