Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to lead its operational strategy and delivery across property, facilities, maintenance, health and safety, security, and business support functions. The role includes managing a multi-site property portfolio and major capital investment projects, such as developments, refurbishments, and infrastructure improvements. The successful candidate will strengthen operational efficiency, governance, risk management, and business continuity while overseeing budgets, suppliers, and commercial performance. They will also lead multidisciplinary teams and work with senior leadership to align operational priorities with broader business objectives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in property, facilities, operations, construction, estates, or business services management. A proven record of delivering large-scale capital expenditure and business improvement projects, managing multi-site operations, and leading facilities, maintenance, health and safety, and security functions is required. Applicants must hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent recognized health and safety qualification, with relevant professional membership or evidence of continuing professional development. Strong financial management, budgetary control, cross-functional leadership, commercial judgment, and relationship-building skills are essential; experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium consumer environments is advantageous.
