The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Regulatory Technology Delivery and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technology delivery and run activities related to automated regulatory submissions across the organization's geographies. This role demands a hands-on approach to end-to-end technology capability, including regulatory data sourcing, data engineering, calculation and validation workflows, reporting, file generation, and production support. The AVP will also be tasked with ensuring the reliability and security of the technology infrastructure, as well as compliance with regulatory obligations and technology governance standards. Applicants must have a postgraduate or engineering degree, with a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in the banking sector, and at least 5 years in system implementation and integration support. The role requires a deep understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT, SQL, data warehousing concepts, and experience with production support, IT service management, and operational resilience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory technology, including knowledge of structured regulatory submission formats and validation frameworks. Technical skills in areas such as Oracle FLEXCUBE integrations and experience in managing technology risk, audit actions, and security compliance are preferred. The AVP will also be expected to have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of technology professionals.
