The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Transformation and Portfolio Management within its Global Business Operations function. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program and transition delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the delivery are in line with the agreed scope, outcomes, schedule, budget, and landmarks. This role requires a leader who can translate strategic objectives into an integrated delivery and transition plan, drive execution through all phases, and maintain accountability for delivery health. The AVP will also be tasked with orchestrating dependencies across various business functions, establishing clear achievements, and proactively managing program and transition risks. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' of experience, with a strong background in leading complex, cross-functional transformation, transition, or technology-enabled programs. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in program delivery, including governance, and a deep understanding of business readiness, knowledge transfer, testing, and operational handover. Experience in working with senior leadership, influencing stakeholders, and driving decisions is essential. The ideal candidate will hold a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program/project management certification, as well as Agile/Scrum certification. A background in change management, particularly with a Prosci certification, is beneficial for roles with significant people and change complexity.
