Senior Vice President, Identity Platform, Team Lead & Architect Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for its Identity Platform, who will also serve as a Team Lead and Architect. This pivotal role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and delivery of the enterprise identity and access management (IAM) platforms. The successful candidate will own the identity as a core, firm-wide capability, ensuring secure access for various entities while balancing security, developer experience, regulatory requirements, and business velocity. Key responsibilities include defining the enterprise identity vision, driving modernization towards cloud-native and zero-trust architectures, and leading a high-performing identity engineering team. The role demands a leader with deep technical expertise in IAM, OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM, and a strong understanding of distributed systems and secure API design. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in identity, security, or platform engineering, with a proven track record of leading large, business-critical platforms. The role requires a leader with a strong product mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence C-suite executives. Experience in modernizing legacy identity platforms, particularly in financial services or regulated environments, is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical concepts into business and risk narratives, and will be instrumental in ensuring that the identity platform is a strategic enabler, with a focus on security, usability, and speed.
