Vice President, Delivery Coordination Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Delivery Coordination to oversee end-to-end execution of lending and client initiatives. The role drives delivery governance, tracking timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, capacity, and performance metrics while proactively addressing obstacles and escalating issues. The successful candidate will coordinate across business, technology, risk, compliance, and control partners, and engage senior leaders to maintain alignment and accountability. Responsibilities also include producing executive-ready reporting, improving delivery processes, and using AI-enabled tools to support analysis and documentation while validating outputs and ensuring responsible use. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning; experience in delivery management, business execution, or change management is also desired. Strong knowledge of lending and client products in a corporate and investment banking context, along with experience in complex global delivery environments, is preferred. Applicants should be skilled in delivery planning, governance, risk management, data analysis, and executive communication, with familiarity using Agile methods, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools. Foundational AI literacy, sound judgment in validating AI-generated content, and a commitment to responsible and compliant tool use are required. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree or experience is preferred.
