Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its financial performance, strategic development, and operational effectiveness. The CEO will work with the board to shape strategy, set goals, and strengthen commercial focus while pursuing selective growth. Responsibilities include ensuring sound financial management and reporting, developing the leadership team and organization, and building effective external partnerships. The role also involves maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring strong governance, capital management, and health, environment, and safety standards. Candidates should have relevant higher education at the master’s level, preferably in economics, management, or engineering. They should bring strong business understanding, strategic judgment, and the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and turn plans into action. The role calls for credible communication, relationship-building, and the ability to attract, develop, and retain key talent. Fluency in spoken and written Norwegian and English is required.
