The Company is seeking a Chief Customer Officer (CCO) for an AI Research Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup within the AI research domain. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of scaling a company to significant revenues. The CCO will be supported by a team of serial entrepreneurs and unicorn founders, receiving intensive coaching and access to a vast network of professionals to ensure the startup is well-prepared to raise substantial funding and achieve product-market fit. Applicants for the CCO position at the AI Research Lab should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment, with the expectation that the candidate will take full responsibility for their startup and work towards scaling it to over €100M in revenues. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, capable of leading a team and driving the company towards its goals. The CCO will also be involved in an extensive personal development journey, with a focus on enhancing their management skills and personal growth.
