Chief Nursing Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the organization, responsible for the quality of nursing care provided by the staff and for fostering a patient-focused, team-oriented culture. This role involves collaborating with medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines, developing patient care programs, and acting as a representative for nursing on various committees. The Chief Nursing Officer will also be instrumental in supporting cultural diversity, maintaining an inclusive work environment, and ensuring that the hospital meets all relevant standards and regulations. Applicants for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company should possess a current RN licensure, BLS certification, and a commitment to obtaining CRRN certification. A Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field is required, with an advanced degree or the knowledge and skills associated with an advanced degree. The ideal candidate will have at least five years' of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with a minimum of two years' of recent nursing management experience. Responsibilities for this role include 24-hour accountability, FTE management, policy and procedure oversight, and budgetary management. The Chief Nursing Officer will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and must be dedicated to the mission of the organization.
