Associate Vice President, Branch Manager

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Branch Manager to oversee the branch’s daily operations, customer service, sales, safety, and security. The role includes developing deposit and lending business, building customer relationships, and promoting a strong service and sales culture. The manager will lead, coach, train, and evaluate branch staff; ensure compliance with operational policies and regulatory requirements; and support account opening, electronic banking, and customer needs. Responsibilities also include guiding consumer and mortgage loan origination and closings, identifying business development opportunities, and representing the branch in community activities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience and at least five years of bank management experience. Required qualifications include experience coaching and mentoring employees, knowledge of financial institution operations, banking regulations, lending, and employee development, and strong customer service and supervisory skills. The role calls for excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, along with sound judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
