The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for International Finance to join its global private equity firm. The successful candidate will be a key player in the International Finance Group, supporting a range of activities including global accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, statutory reporting, consolidations, and various ad hoc finance projects across multiple international entities. This role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with internal finance leadership, international investment teams, external accounting firms, and global service providers. Applicants should have 5-10 years' of progressive accounting or finance experience, with a strong preference for those with a public/private mix and a background in Big 4 or large regional public accounting, particularly with international clients. A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required, and a CPA is preferred. The role demands a candidate with a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, experience in managing or reviewing work across global entities, and a background in private equity or broader financial services. Strong ERP systems experience is essential, with a preference for those familiar with Workday, and advanced Excel skills are a must. The ideal candidate will be adept at process control, and communication across teams and time zones, and have a proven track record of improving systems, reporting, and process automation.
