Associate Vice President, Product Manager, Enterprise Data Management Platform Services Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Product Manager to shape and deliver capabilities for an enterprise data management platform. The role owns product requirements and delivery across areas such as entity and identifier resolution, reference data management, extensible data models, and release readiness. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, translating business needs into prioritized features, gathering and validating client requirements, and managing trade-offs, dependencies, and risks with engineering and architecture teams. The product manager will also facilitate design reviews and user acceptance testing, track delivery outcomes, and support the development of junior team members. Candidates should have at least five years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally with financial software or enterprise SaaS, and experience with enterprise data management concepts such as security master, entity resolution, identifiers, or reference data. Strong knowledge of financial markets and the investment lifecycle, along with excellent requirements-writing and stakeholder communication skills, is required. A working understanding of cloud-native, API-driven, and multi-tenant architectures is expected; SQL, data analysis, Agile methods, and relevant delivery tools are advantageous. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field is required, while progress toward a relevant investment credential is desirable.
