Dean of Enrollment Management

The Company seeks a Dean of Enrollment Management to lead admission, financial aid, and retention strategy. The role includes developing data-informed, multi-year enrollment plans; overseeing recruitment, admission, and re-enrollment; and guiding the team responsible for delivering a personalized experience to prospective families. The Dean will analyze enrollment trends, strengthen systems and processes, and collaborate with academic, student life, athletics, advancement, finance, and communications colleagues. The position also involves representing the school to prospective families and community partners, supporting student retention, and contributing to institutional planning and sustainability. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of leadership experience in independent school admission or enrollment management; boarding school experience is preferred. They should bring a record of developing strategic enrollment plans, expertise in financial aid and enrollment analytics, and experience with international recruitment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in enrollment platforms and data analysis. The ideal candidate understands the developmental needs of middle school students and student-athletes, values collaboration and diversity, and can engage actively with the school community.
