The successful candidate will be responsible for plant operations, maintenance, life safety, regulatory compliance, capital planning, and infrastructure reliability. This senior leadership role involves leading and developing a high-performing facilities team, partnering with hospital leadership, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and support services to enhance safety, patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and campus resilience. The Executive Director will also be accountable for managing people, setting direction, and deploying resources to ensure optimal building performance and drive strategic improvements. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a proven track record in leading complex facilities operations, including expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems. Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire teams, as well as experience in overseeing construction projects, capital improvements, and long-term infrastructure planning, are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 5-7 years of management and related experience, is required.
