The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Finance Transformation Governance. This executive will be at the forefront of leading the governance, risk, and control strategy that underpins the finance transformation agenda. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive governance framework, establishing standards for evaluating transformation activities, and developing executive reporting to ensure transparency in program risks and control impacts. The role demands a strategic leader who can influence senior stakeholders and foster a culture of accountability and proactive risk management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assessing the impact of transformation initiatives on finance processes, risks, and regulatory obligations, and driving the integration of control considerations into the design of automated and digital processes. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in finance, controllership, finance transformation, risk management, audit, or related disciplines, with a strong preference for those with a background in finance business risk management, corporate controllership, regulatory reporting, or enterprise risk functions.
