Senior Vice President, Genomics & Data Science

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Genomics & Data Science to provide strategic and technical leadership across computational science, genomics, data systems, and therapeutic design. The role will build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, advance scientific computing and AI capabilities, and guide the generation, integration, analysis, and visualization of molecular and genomic data. Responsibilities include leading therapeutic design and next-generation approaches, developing genomic assays and biomarker strategies to support research and development programs, and identifying external collaborations. The executive will partner across the organization and communicate scientific capabilities and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive experience leading multidisciplinary, quantitatively focused teams in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry, along with a Ph.D. or equivalent in computer science, genomics, molecular biology, or a related quantitative field. Extensive expertise in computational sciences, bioinformatics, and genomic technologies is required; experience with genetic medicines and therapeutic development is preferred.
