Vice President, Advisory Business Strategy & Intelligence Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advisory Business Strategy and Intelligence to help clients and internal partners address complex challenges and turn research and insight into practical action. The role leads senior advisory engagements, develops strategic perspectives on investor and industry trends, and creates original frameworks and client-ready solutions. The successful candidate will independently direct complex initiatives, coordinate contributors, and engage credibly with senior clients and stakeholders through consultations, workshops, and presentations. The position also involves coaching colleagues and enabling them to take ownership of meaningful work. Candidates should have at least six years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial-services consulting, advisory strategy, practice management, investor or industry intelligence, asset management, or a related field, with increasing responsibility. They should bring experience advising financial-services businesses on strategic, growth, client-engagement, practice-management, or operating challenges, along with strong consulting, research, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation abilities are required, as is the ability to lead initiatives independently and collaborate across functions. A bachelor’s degree is required; relevant professional designations or an MBA are valued but not required.
