The Company is seeking a Vice President, Global Social Media to take on a pivotal role in owning and driving the social strategy, content, and channel performance for the North American region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a regional team and managing a multi-million dollar creator and influencer budget to support the growth of the company's brands. This role demands a seasoned professional with over 10 years' experience in social media and digital marketing, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity. The VP will be at the forefront of the company's social media efforts, partnering with various teams to execute full-funnel social campaigns and ensuring the brands' presence across major platforms is both impactful and in line with the company's innovative ethos. Applicants for the Vice President, Global Social Media position at the company should have a strong background in agency-side experience, with a preference for those who have worked with large, social-first brands. Deep expertise in influencer and creator marketing is essential, as is a proven track record in managing multi-million dollar budgets and driving measurable commercial impact. The role requires a leader who can effectively manage teams across the US and Canada, and who possesses strong cross-functional influence skills. A background in CPG, DTC, or consumer electronics is preferred, and the ideal candidate will be adept at operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational structure.
