The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in providing senior financial leadership, overseeing financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reporting. This executive will be a key adviser to the CEO, offering insight and challenge in commercial and operational decision-making, and ensuring the business maintains strong financial controls and governance. As the company embarks on an ambitious expansion plan and prepares for a future exit event, the CFO will also lead the finance function in the development of systems, processes, and management information across the multi-site operation. The ideal candidate for the CFO position at the company is a fully qualified accountant with a proven track record as a CFO in a PE-backed, multi-site, consumer-facing business of significant scale. They should be commercially astute, with the ability to influence at the board and investor level, and have experience in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. A hands-on, resilient, and adaptable leadership style is essential, as the CFO will be expected to work closely with the senior leadership team to support financial performance, improve efficiencies, and provide clear financial insight across the business. The role is critical in the company's current phase of development and requires a professional who can lead the finance function through strategic and corporate initiatives.
