The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key strategic and commercial partner, working closely with the Managing Director and UK leadership to shape the business's direction and future development. This role is pivotal in bringing high-quality financial and commercial insight to the Board, leading the UK financial strategy, and strengthening management information and financial planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining rigorous financial control, delivering accurate reporting, and developing meaningful KPIs. Additionally, the CFO will play a leading role in financial leadership around investment proposals and will be instrumental in the continued development of the finance infrastructure as the organization grows. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a recognized professional accounting qualification and a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role within a sizable commercial organization. Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar operationally complex environment is essential. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial finance capability, experience in financial transformation, and a deep understanding of profitability across various business dimensions. The ideal candidate will have a strong presence at the Board level, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and develop commercially focused finance teams. Experience in a larger Group or matrix environment, particularly with international stakeholders, is highly advantageous.
