The Company is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to serve as a Chief of Staff to the GM in one of its largest and most dynamic markets. This role is pivotal in addressing the operational challenges that have arisen from rapid scaling, including patchy operating cadence, delayed decision-making, and recurring cross-functional issues. The successful candidate will be the GM's right hand, with a focus on running the country's operating rhythm, driving cross-functional projects, and ensuring that the business operates at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. This is a hands-on, high-leverage position that requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep commitment to the role. Applicants for this role should have a total of 4 to 7 years' of experience, with a background in top consulting, PE, IB, or equivalent for the early career phase, and at least 18 months of experience in an operational role. The role demands a candidate with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, the ability to work with minimal guidance, and a proven track record of running an operating cadence and delivering cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Romanian and English, and must be comfortable with ambiguity, speed, and shifting priorities. The position requires a leader who is not afraid of the unglamorous work that is essential for the smooth running of the business and who is adept at managing stakeholders both inside and outside the country.
