Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support its strategic and financial objectives as a key member of the executive leadership team. The CFO will advise senior leadership and the Board, oversee finance, supply chain, and patient access functions, and coordinate with related billing, health information management, and contracting functions. Responsibilities include contributing to capital planning, strengthening financial performance and operational efficiency, and supporting patient access initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with clinical and operational leaders to use financial insights in organizational decision-making. Candidates should bring significant leadership experience in healthcare finance within a hospital, health system, or integrated care organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative problem-solver with strong communication and relationship-building skills, high integrity, and a commitment to rural healthcare. A demonstrated ability to drive performance and partner effectively with physicians, staff, leadership colleagues, and external stakeholders is essential.
