Vice President, Canadian Production Greater Calgary, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Canadian Production to oversee day-to-day mining and production operations and support strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include leading operations teams, developing annual business plans and budgets, and driving performance, profitability, and continuous improvement. The role will strengthen safety culture, establish operational best practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve systems, processes, reporting, and technology. The Vice President will also build a scalable organization, foster customer service and accountability, and align teams with operational, business development, and financial goals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of operational experience, including leadership in a growing organization and prior profit-and-loss responsibility. The role requires experience managing diverse or remote teams, understanding regulatory requirements, implementing technology to improve performance, and strong project management, communication, and people leadership skills. Candidates should be analytical, results-oriented, organized, and committed to high ethical standards, safety, and environmental responsibility. A valid driver’s license is required.
