Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and business decision support while ensuring compliance with public-company reporting requirements. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, long-range planning, financial operations, capital deployment, internal and external reporting, and analysis of results against forecasts and prior periods. The role will advise executive leadership on strategy, manage financial risk and controls, and support audits, regulatory reporting, and investor relations. The successful candidate will also lead a financial systems implementation and help develop the future finance team. Applicants must have an accounting degree and at least 15 years of progressive, relevant accounting experience. A CPA or equivalent professional designation is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required, along with attention to detail and experience communicating with senior leaders. The ideal candidate can work effectively across functions, influence results, lead change, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
