Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to take ownership of its technology strategy, architecture standards, and AI-enabled engineering transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for cybersecurity and platform-risk direction, technology investment priorities, and enterprise technical readiness. This role requires a leader who can align these functions and make critical decisions regarding technology, security, and client tradeoffs in collaboration with the executive team. The CTO will also be tasked with establishing a comprehensive technical foundation, clear metrics for client onboarding, and leading the implementation of an AI-assisted software delivery system. Key qualifications for the CTO position at the company include a minimum of 15 years of technology leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, MarTech, or channel marketing platforms, with a preference for those who have held senior technical roles at a significant scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in modernizing legacy platforms, leading distributed engineering organizations, and connecting technical investment decisions to business outcomes. Deep knowledge of modern AI technologies and experience in directing enterprise-grade, cloud-native, secure, multi-tenant SaaS architecture are essential. The CTO should also have excellent executive communication skills, a genuine investment in building organizational bench strength, and the ability to lead a multi-functional technical organization as a unified executive team.
