Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead multi-site distribution, fabrication, and assembly operations serving major retail customers. The role oversees day-to-day activities across facilities, including warehousing, inventory control, manufacturing support, fulfillment, and shipping, while ensuring orders meet customer requirements and delivery expectations. Responsibilities include developing site leaders, establishing consistent operating standards, planning workforce and capacity, and promoting safety, quality, and compliance. The VP will also manage operational budgets, improve inventory accuracy and productivity, lead continuous improvement efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. Candidates should have significant leadership experience overseeing multiple distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment facilities, along with a proven record supporting major retail customers. Strong knowledge of retailer compliance, routing guides, labeling, packaging, fulfillment, and on-time delivery metrics is required. The role also calls for demonstrated success managing labor, inventory, productivity, and budgets, as well as strong people leadership and organizational development skills. Experience in relevant consumer or building-products industries and familiarity with enterprise resource planning and warehouse management systems are preferred.
