This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping enterprise-wide governance, optimizing technology investments, and influencing strategic decisions to drive measurable impact. The successful candidate will be the senior subject matter expert and authoritative advisor for IT asset management, with a focus on software, hardware, and supplier domains. Responsibilities include establishing and influencing ITAM governance structures, defining lifecycle frameworks, and leading roadmap development to advance the ITAM program. The role also involves overseeing high-value licensing portfolios, conducting complex license reconciliations, and leading ITAM due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in leading enterprise IT asset management functions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing software licensing constructs. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required, along with proficiency in financial analysis related to technology assets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, and core competencies in enterprise influence, strategic execution, risk and compliance leadership, technical mastery, business acumen, adaptability, and collaboration. Preferences include experience with ServiceNow SAMPro/HAMPro, IAITAM certifications, and project management certifications. The role demands a strong collaborator who is a strategic thinker, and who can deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
