Vice President of Human Resources Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead human capital strategy across U.S. and Mexico operations. The role partners with business leaders to align workforce planning, organizational design, talent, compensation, engagement, and leadership development with business priorities. Responsibilities include building and developing the HR team; leading talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and total rewards; and advising executives on organizational effectiveness and change. The Vice President also oversees employee and labor relations, compliance with employment laws, HR systems and reporting, and HR support for mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree and SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification are preferred. Applicants should bring at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including five or more years in a senior role supporting multi-location operations. Experience supporting geographically dispersed sales, installation, service, and customer-facing teams is required, while experience leading HR across the United States and Mexico is preferred. English fluency is required, Spanish proficiency is an asset, and candidates must be able to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
