The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Security to serve as the senior leader in this critical domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, leading, and operationalizing the enterprise information security, cyber risk, governance, and data privacy program. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in policy, ISMS, governance, and privacy, who is also hands-on in working with cross-functional teams to implement controls and drive measurable risk reduction. The VP will operate in a regulated environment, establishing enterprise standards and advising the CIO and executive stakeholders on security strategy, compliance, and program priorities. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Information Security include leading the security strategy, roadmap, and operating model, as well as owning security governance, cyber risk, data protection, and security program maturity. The role requires the establishment and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System, leading enterprise risk assessments, and owning the data privacy and protection program. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in information security, with a deep expertise in security governance, policy development, ISMS design, and operation. Experience in regulated industries and familiarity with security frameworks and standards is preferred. The VP will also be expected to have strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence in a federated model, and a proven track record of building and leading security programs.
