The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President in Treasury Finance to oversee financial analysis and controls for trading and investment banking activities. Responsibilities include reconciling daily profit and loss, investigating discrepancies, monitoring trading risks, and maintaining accurate trading data. The role also involves preparing regulatory reports, supporting external audits, analyzing securities, fees, and investment income, and explaining balance sheet and profit-and-loss movements. The successful candidate will identify control gaps, strengthen governance, collaborate across functions, and communicate financial insights to stakeholders. Candidates should have investment banking product control experience, in-depth knowledge of financial products and markets, and a strong understanding of end-to-end investment banking processes and controls. Excellent communication, presentation, time-management, and prioritization skills are required, along with sound control awareness and problem-solving ability. The role calls for independent judgment, stakeholder influence, and the ability to navigate complex situations. A CFA, master’s degree in finance, or financial engineering qualification is valued.
