The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the skilled home health operations within a specific area, ensuring the delivery of quality care and services in compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing the adherence to state, federal, and contract/payer regulations, as well as any necessary accreditation standards. The Area Vice President will also be instrumental in the growth and development of the home care industry, leading a team of healthcare professionals and playing a key role in the company's mission to provide the right care, at the right time, in the right place. Candidates for this position should have a strong background in the home care industry, with a preference for those with an RN background. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with at least 8 years of successful leadership experience in the home care sector. The role requires advanced business development, policy interpretation, and clinical skills, as well as a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
