Executive Director, Chapter Fundraising

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a chapter team and advance its strategic priorities. The role oversees fundraising, financial, and programmatic goals, including revenue targets, operating budgets, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include leading individual giving and securing major gifts, cultivating and stewarding donors and volunteers, and expanding the chapter’s community reach. The Executive Director also builds relationships with families, community members, care providers, and corporate sponsors, communicates programs and initiatives, and ensures compliance while proactively managing organizational risks. Candidates should have at least 10 years of fundraising or sales experience and four or more years of staff leadership experience. A four-year college degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Strong volunteer management, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, along with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role calls for sound judgment, collaborative leadership, and the ability to develop and empower a team.
