Interim, Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in need of an Interim, Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide essential financial leadership and continuity during a transition period. The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing operations, supporting the executive team, and bridging the organization to a future permanent hire. Key responsibilities for this role include providing leadership and oversight for the finance team, approving grant vouchers, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, delivering monthly financial reports, leading the budgeting process, managing cash flow and accounts payable activities, developing financial models for board-level reporting, and overseeing the preparation of the organization's Form 990. Applicants for the Interim, Part-Time CFO position at the company must have prior CFO or senior-level financial leadership experience, with a strong background in nonprofit financial management. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling is essential, as is the ability to make an immediate impact in an interim role. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned nonprofit finance leader who can work approximately 3 days per week in a hybrid model, and is available to start as soon as possible.
