The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Accounting & Financial Reporting Advisory practice. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that engages with a diverse range of clients, including private equity sponsors, corporate management teams, and lenders, on both transaction-driven and ongoing accounting and financial reporting matters. Key responsibilities for the Vice President include executing and managing various advisory engagements, serving as the lead professional on select client accounts, and working closely with senior client executives. The role also involves leading and participating in client meetings, assessing and redesigning accounting processes, and advising on accounting considerations related to finance system changes. The Vice President will be expected to develop and present high-quality client deliverables, manage and mentor junior team members, and support business development and marketing initiatives. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an active CPA certification, and a minimum of 6 years of professional experience. A background within a Big Four accounting firm, national accounting/advisory firm, or corporate accounting/controller function is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in transaction accounting advisory, financial reporting advisory, and a strong understanding of M&A and capital markets concepts. Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, as well as experience in areas such as SEC reporting, IPO readiness, and financial instruments accounting, is highly valued. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
