The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI Operations & GIS to lead global IT and enterprise applications strategy, combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. The role oversees core business systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity alignment, and the broader applications portfolio, while modernizing and integrating processes across business functions. Responsibilities include applying AI and automation to improve efficiency and data quality, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and scalable, and supporting compliance and organizational growth. The Vice President will also build and develop a high-performing team, manage vendors and budgets, and drive measurable business outcomes. Candidates should have 12 or more years of progressive IT and enterprise systems leadership experience, including at least five years in senior roles. Expertise in ERP, CRM, and HR information systems, along with experience in integrations and process optimization, is required. Applicants should bring experience in SaaS or subscription businesses and in scaling systems for global, fast-growing organizations, with strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, automation, and data quality. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is a bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
