Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Team. The CFO will be a key strategic leader, responsible for providing financial guidance, managing all accounting and treasury functions, and driving the company's financial strategy. This role involves close partnership with executive leadership to optimize profitability, manage cash and debt, and strengthen internal controls. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in modernizing financial systems, implementing stronger controls, and ensuring sustainable growth. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior-level financial leadership experience, including at least 3 years as a CFO, and a background in privately held or growth-oriented organizations. Key qualifications include the ability to work with boards, investors, and external partners, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in multi-unit or multi-divisional settings. ERP implementation experience is a plus. The CFO will also be responsible for leading and developing the finance and treasury teams to ensure excellence and accountability.
