The President will also be the primary ambassador, representing the organization in the community and maintaining a strong presence within the business sector. Candidates for the President position should have a proven track record of leadership, preferably within family-owned or privately held organizations, and experience in strategic thinking, execution, and change leadership. Key qualifications include C-suite or equivalent senior leadership experience, a strong understanding of business acumen, and the ability to build and sustain high-value external relationships. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial thinker, with exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for the mission of the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and knowledge of the Cincinnati business community is preferred.
