Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead business operations and oversee end-to-end work order fulfillment across commercial service lines. The role focuses on shortening work order lifecycles, improving provider assignment and on-time arrival, reducing service defects, and resolving customer issues quickly. Responsibilities include setting performance standards, coaching and holding leaders accountable, scaling consistent processes, and managing financial performance to protect margins and prevent revenue leakage. The VP will also partner with provider management and cross-functional teams to align resources and deliver operational initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, facilities management, or engineering; an MBA is preferred. At least 12 years of progressive operational leadership experience in facility management, marketplace operations, third-party logistics, or technology-enabled service delivery is required. Applicants should demonstrate success improving operational metrics and applying Lean, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and data-driven process improvement. Strong executive leadership, communication, change management, team development, and accountability skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
