Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should be at least 21 years of age, with a minimum of 2 years of college education and at least 3 years of experience in providing residential care to the elderly, or equivalent education and experience. The role demands a candidate with a strong knowledge of care and supervision requirements, applicable laws and regulations, and the ability to maintain financial and other records. The ideal candidate will have a reputation for personal integrity, be a good leader, and have a positive, energetic attitude. Computer skills, the ability to communicate in English, and a criminally cleared background are also essential. The Executive Director will be expected to have a hands-on approach, being comfortable with both sedentary and active tasks, and must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
