Vice President, High-Net-Worth Personal Tax

The Company is seeking a Tax Vice President to lead a Personal Tax Advisory Group that specializes in serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex client relationships and tax engagements, overseeing large individual tax assignments, and ensuring that the team exceeds client expectations. A key aspect of the role is driving business development and growing the practice, so a proven track record in this area is essential. The role also involves supervising and mentoring the tax management team, so strong leadership and team management skills are a must. Applicants for the Tax Vice President position at the company should have a CPA, at least 15 years of relevant tax experience, and expertise in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning. A strong knowledge of flow-through entity taxation, tax research, and proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office is required. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in international tax planning and compliance, an advanced degree, and trust and estate tax planning experience.
