The Company is seeking a Regional Consultant for the RIA channel, with a focus on the Great Lakes market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing key client and strategic relationships with Registered Investment Advisors, including wealth managers and regional RIAs. This role demands a professional who can identify client needs, deliver relevant market insights, and drive business development and product adoption. The Regional Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating strong investment acumen and acting as an expert on the company's solutions. Key responsibilities include driving Net New Assets and Net New Revenue, leading regional travel with partners, and leveraging relationships across the RIA ecosystem to support strategic initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding a CFA, CIMA, or other relevant designations. A minimum of 7 years' experience in investment management, with at least 5 years in sales or business development within the RIA channel, is required. The role demands a professional with strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, initiative, and a commitment to excellence, and be willing to travel extensively.
