The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to develop and execute its information security and cybersecurity strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) across the organization, ensuring the successful completion of various security audits, and monitoring and responding to cybersecurity threats and incidents. The CISO will also oversee the security of enterprise information assets, including network, VPN, endpoint, data center, and cloud security operations, and will be tasked with establishing security policies, standards, and governance frameworks that align with business objectives. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a strong background in cybersecurity and information security management. Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001, CEH, CCSP, CompTIA Security+, and relevant security certifications from Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, or equivalent. The role requires the ability to lead cyber risk assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response activities, as well as experience in evaluating and implementing new cybersecurity technologies and best practices. The CISO will also be responsible for budget management, team leadership, and driving cybersecurity awareness programs to promote a security-first culture across the organization. Collaboration with business leaders and participation in management review meetings to support business and digital transformation initiatives are also key aspects of the role.
