Senior Vice President, Real Estate

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Real Estate to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both strategic and operational leadership in the areas of retail and correspondent mortgage production and servicing. This role involves the development and execution of a long-range real estate lending strategy that is in line with corporate goals and market opportunities. The SVP will also oversee the management of real estate servicing functions, ensuring they are efficient, compliant, and member-focused, while also aligned with portfolio performance and risk-management objectives. Applicants for the Senior Vice President, Real Estate position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in mortgage lending, strategic planning, portfolio management, and secondary-market expertise.
