Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, building and maintaining best-in-class operating visibility, and partnering with the leadership team and ownership. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment with a diversified customer base and product offering is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including experience with a leveraged balance sheet, and a proven track record of driving transformation within the organization. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing all financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial health and growth. The role also involves managing financial risks, financial planning, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and will have the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. A background in continuous-flow manufacturing is a plus, as is a passion for driving change and innovation in the financial sector.
