Provost

The Company is in search of a Provost to serve as its chief academic officer and a key member of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping and implementing a new academic model, defining a distinctive liberal arts identity, and rebuilding trust, energy, and engagement across the faculty. This role is pivotal in advancing innovation in learning, research, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence, as well as aligning the institution's vision with resources to promote sustainable growth. The Provost will be expected to lead the institution through a period of significant change, addressing the challenges and opportunities that have emerged, and guiding the University toward a successful resolution of its probationary status. Candidates for the Provost position at the company should possess a terminal degree, with a preference for those who hold the rank of full professor with tenure. A strong commitment to the mission and values of a small, residential, liberal arts institution is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of scholarly and research excellence, as well as administrative experience in an academic leadership role.
